Responsibilities:Manage and organize daily schedules and executive meetings.Handle calls and emails professionally.Prepare accurate and professional reports and official correspondence.Maintain confidentiality of executive files and information.Assist the executive management with daily tasks. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and modern administrative tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluency in English (mandatory) and Malay.Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.Professional demeanor and the ability to handle various situations. Benefits: Supportive and professional work environment. Monthly salary ranging from RM1,800 - RM3,000 with performance-based incentives. Opportunities for professional development and career growth. Workdays: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
