Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates for job fit.
Ensure a smooth hiring process from offer negotiation to candidate onboarding.
Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
Track and report on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management.
Stay updated on trends and best practices in recruitment within the construction industry.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the construction sector.
Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
