**Job Title: Social Media (Content, Exec)****Language: English & Malay****Based in RedQ**- **Please send a creative portfolio along with CV**.****Content Strategy and Planning**:- ** Develop a social media content strategy aligned with the Group's objectives and messaging to target audience.**- ** Conduct research to identify relevant industry trends, popular topics, and competitor strategies.**- ** Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engaging content that align with the Group's vision and values****Content Creation**:- ** Shoot, film, and edit compelling and original content for social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and YouTube)**- ** Write engaging and concise copy for posts, captions, and hashtags.**- ** Edit and optimise content for maximum impact, considering platform-specific best practices.**- ** Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.**- ** Experiment with new formats, techniques, and features to maintain a fresh and innovative approach to content creation.**- ** Curate user-generated content that reinforces the Group's values and showcases customer experiences.**- ** Leverage storytelling techniques to convey the Group's mission and impact effectively.****Aligning with Regional Direction & across the Group**- ** Align all content materials and direction with Regional direction in terms of messaging, look and feel.**:- ** Include the following in content strategy: produce content on-ground that resonates with our brand set by the Group, including events, Allstar stories and other direction from the Group.**:- ** Collaborate with regional teams and internal stakeholders to adapt content for specific cultural nuances and preferences while adhering to the Group's direction**:- ** Maintain effective communication channels with cross-functional teams including communications and marketing to ensure content alignment with the Group's overall social media strategies.****Reporting & Insights**- ** Create bi-weekly reports for your market.**:- ** Assist with any other adhoc reports that are requested.**:- ** Utilise our business solution tools such as Digimind and Hootsuite to gather and leverage on data.**:- ** Support decision making based on data collected.**:- ** Navigate and solve any crisis that are relevant to our social media channels.**:- ** Collaborate with the Group's social media team to proactively prepare content that addresses crisis situation**:- ** Ensure all crisis communication aligns with the brand's voice, values and messaging****We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
