Your MissionPlanned monthly purchase quantity by forecasting the demand from TG Group.
Analyse the raw material price movement to ensure the goods are purchased in the most cost-efficient way.
Coordinated with multiple external entities to handle import shipments, including selecting forwarding agents for customs clearance and arranging transportation with haulers to move containers from the port to the factories.
Responsible for managing the entire Procure to Pay process, including purchasing goods and making vendor payments.
Responsible for coordinating the movement of containers to ensure timely delivery of goods to the factory and avoid incurring additional charges.
Prepare analysis reports and purchase history for internal and supplier meetings.
What We Are Looking ForFresh graduatewith a minimum of a degree or 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field.
Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics.
Experience in SAP is an advantage.
Educational requirements include a background in pure mathematics and operations management.
Able to work in high-demanding environments.
U Science Malaysia students are encouraged to apply.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Prefer Mandarin speakers to communicate with Chinese suppliers.
