Executive - Staffing (Expatriate Management)Job Responsibility:
Expatriate management involves a series of tasks that help employees relocate and integrate into new roles and environments abroad.
Handling visa and work permit requirements, and providing relocation support.
Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities.
Ensure all prior approval obtained for all manpower requisitions before proceeding with the recruitment exercise.
Sourcing for candidates, internally & externally, organize advertisement materials for external advertisement and liaise with recruitment agencies.
Work closely with business heads to manage expectations for hiring needs.
Coordinating with the requester on the short listing of potential candidates.
Coordinating the interview process and preparing relevant documents related to the recruitment.
Partner with department heads to understand their staffing and workforce planning needs.
Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.
Design, upgrade and implement systems, processes related to staffing.
Proactively build robust talent pipelines to ensure business needs are quickly and efficiently addressed.
Execute the strategic projects for aspects such as employer branding and talent acquisition engagement activities.
Key in date for new hire in the HR System.
Perform other duties assigned by Superior.
Job Requirement:
Education required:
Minimum Bachelors Degree and above in related field.
Skills / Abilities:
The ability to multitask, meet deadlines and communicate with senior stakeholders; able to perform well with computer.
