Responsibilities: To conduct comprehensive land use and development studies, including feasibility studies, assessments and market analyses.Assist in creating layouts or concept plans to include feasibility studies.To conduct site analysis for new land research/data collection for the new land proposals on site location, zoning and title.Assist in planning applications, zoning, urban planning guidelines and laws, land laws and those related to development and procedures in various relevant authorities.To consult with consultants,  government agencies, landowners and stakeholders for development strategies and feasibility studies.Develop compelling presentations using PowerPoint and Canva on project proposals and strategies.Keep abreast on current planning policies, regulations, and industry trends. To review final Master Plan Layout and documents by consultant before submission to Authorities.To propose on project development master planning work on land bank and new potential land and to prepare presentation report to the management.To liaise with all consultants in expediting drawings and other relevant work.To liaise with consultants, internal departments and contractor in terms of scheduling, designing, budgeting, quality control approval and progress claim certification.To ensure project are executed according to the specifications, scheduled and safety requirement.Collaborate and meeting with land developer, owners, local planning authorities, statutory and non-statutory environmental bodies and other stakeholder.Additional Skills (Preferred) Experience in project management.Ability to produce development cost estimatesKnowledge of environmental planning and sustainability principles.Experience in conducting public consultations and stakeholder engagement.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in town planning or a similar role in the property development industry.Strong knowledge of planning laws, regulations, and procedures in Malaysia.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, PowerPoint, and Canva.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, government officials, and stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Passion for urban development and a commitment to sustainable planning practices.
