Job Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Expansion Manager to lead the growth of our Employer of Record (EoR) services .
The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, explore new markets in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam , and play a key role in rebranding initiatives.
This position requires a deep understanding of the EoR industry, excellent business development skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales: Develop and execute strategies to expand our EoR client base across the Southeast Asia region.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and partners within the targeted markets.
Establish relationships with key decision-makers to close high-value contracts.
Market Expansion: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors in Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Collaborate with internal teams to adapt services and operations for each markets requirements.
Ensure compliance with local regulations when expanding into new markets.
Rebranding Initiatives: Lead and coordinate the rebranding activities for the EoR services in line with the company's vision.
Align rebranding efforts with marketing strategies to enhance visibility and market presence.
Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance, legal) to support smooth market entry and client management.
Prepare regular reports on market performance, client acquisition, and project milestones for the senior management team.
Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in the EoR industry, with strong knowledge of HR, compliance, and payroll outsourcing solutions.
Proven track record in business development and sales, with experience in driving revenue growth in new markets.
Experience working in or expanding businesses in Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel regionally as required.
