Expatriate - Regional Coordinator APAC (w/m/d)Responsibilities:Main communication interface between our HQ / producing companies and APAC Region subsidiaries.
Preparation of reports and analysis and general support to the Regional Director.
Supporting the preparation and implementation of global or regional sales campaigns, key account projects or action plans.
Preparing reports and analysis, including checking and analyzing the annual sales budget and annual cost budget for the APAC Region subsidiaries.
Audit preparation for subsidiaries and distribution partners.
Organizing and preparing annual shareholder meetings for subsidiaries in the APAC region.
Implementing the regional marketing strategy and regional marketing campaigns, as well as supporting subsidiaries and distribution partners in the APAC region in marketing issues.
Organizing and coordinating regional sales meetings, product and customer trainings, local exhibitions and product launches.
Maintaining internal systems and tools, ensuring overall process compliance.
Processing requests from Anton Paar distribution partners (e.g. Extranet, Web-Access, Sales Direct).
Identifying training requirements and planning trainings in the Technical Center.
Requirements:Degree in Business Administration (or comparable field of studies).
Experience working in an international industrial company.
Excellent command of English and German.
Analytical, accurate and result-oriented work approach.
Ability to work on several topics at the same time under time pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong cross-cultural competence, experience in Asia.
High understanding of business processes, logical system thinking.
Long-term commitment to our position, with a minimum duration of three years. Place of employment is in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Willingness to travel internationally.
High IT-affinity, ideally SAP-experience.
Very good project and process management skills.

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position, it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): €3,000 to €4,000.
