Job Responsibilities:Analyse market intelligence reports, identify new business opportunities to expand business and maintain an efficient portfolio.
Identify new markets for exports and develop new business accounts in the assigned country.
Maintain good rapport with existing customers by providing support, a high level of service, market and product information, regulatory guidance, and market trends.
Negotiate contracts and terms with international clients to secure favourable deals.
Responsible for customer inquiries about quotations, products, samples, registration, shipment, artwork, visits, and payment.
Ensure that customers' requirements are compliant and followed accordingly.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customer code of conduct, and company policies.
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, R&D, and Production teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Plan and participate in international trade shows as per company direction.
Prepare monthly and other necessary reports as requested by management.
Meet individual and team KPIs set by the company.
Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior/management from time to time.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess a diploma in Business Administration or any related field.
Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, spoken and written, can communicate well.
It would be advantageous if you could communicate in Japanese.
Proven track records in managing sales for international customers will be an added advantage.
Cheerful, cooperative, and proactive.
Goals-driven and customer-oriented.
Suitable candidate may be considered for team lead level position.
For junior positions, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
