Primary Job Purpose: Service and grow current Export Customers and Identify potential new markets and distributers in Asia and Middle East for international expansion. Monitor industry trends and perform competitor analysis.
Key Accountabilities: Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectivesService and grow revenue with existing Distributers as per Company Revenue TargetsIdentify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, including market research to identify potential customers and partnersBuild and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.Regional Key Account Management Close workings between Supply Chain & QA for timely Export shipment deliveries Provide training and support to International Distributors and Sales Team to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques are up to standardCollaborate with marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific international marketsMonitor and report on international sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform business strategies Experience and Skills Required: 10 years Job related Experience in the Sales IndustryProven working experience with Regional Key Accounts – Distributers Creative and innovative Independent, self-starter - revenue drivenPreferable background in the Food Industry Soft Skills and Other Requirements: Good Microsoft Office SkillsHas the ability to work as a part of a multifunctional team.Able to work independentlyTravel regionally Team-Work and good Interpersonal Skills Preference Mandarin speaking – as there is Export Business in China What we're looking for:- Proven working experience with Export Sales Management in APACRequire a background in the Food IndustryCost ManagementRevenue DrivenThe candidate must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, Port Klang, Selangor.
