Job Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets in the export market.
Respond promptly to export customer inquiries and follow up regularly with existing customers to secure repeat business and address any concerns.
Customer Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with export customers, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Actively communicate with customers through various channels, including emails, calls, newsletters, and updates.
Conduct regular market visits and attend customer meetings to strengthen relationships and gain insights into customer needs.
Market Expansion & Opportunity Development:
Lead efforts to enter new markets, expand existing customer base, and increase market share.
Represent Company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's brand and products while exploring new business opportunities.
Prepare monthly sales reports, including sales performance analysis, customer feedback, and market trends.
Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of export orders.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to export markets.
Support product development and specification efforts by sharing customer requirements and market trends.
Team Coordination:
Partner with Business Development Manager to align export sales strategies with overall company goals.
Provide guidance and mentoring to sales team members, sharing insights and best practices for managing export sales.
Market Awareness & Competitive Analysis:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences in the export regions.
Share insights with the management team to inform strategic decision-making.
Other Responsibilities:
Conduct product presentations and training sessions for export customers and distributors.
Adhere to company policies and guidelines while ensuring compliance with export regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
