Welcome all hotel functions' candidates to apply.
F&B Department Positions:
1) Assistant Manager, Restaurant (3-Star Michelin Restaurant)
At least 2 years in an F&B Assistant Manager role in five-star international hotels/resorts.
Fluency in spoken Chinese and English.
Strong communication, customer service, and presentation skills.
At least 1 Michelin star restaurant experience in the same position for at least 2 years.
Strong supervision skills, basic training in Forbes standard, Michelin, or Black Pearl services, and strong fine dining service skills.
Welcome to overseas candidates.
2) Butler
High school diploma or equivalent professional training.
Excellent in English & Mandarin/Cantonese.
Preferred 1-year experience as a Butler or in Executive Floors of a five-star hotel.
Knowledge of Front Operations, F&B, and Housekeeping operations.
Five-star hotel experience is an advantage.
Presentable personality and excellent customer service skills.
