As an F&B Crew member, you will be an integral part of our team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. You will work in various areas of food and beverage service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.**Key Responsibilities**:- **Guest Service**:- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting menu items.- Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems or manual order-taking methods.- Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions.- **Food and Beverage Service**:- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and verify that special requests or modifications are accommodated.- Monitor guests' dining experiences and promptly address any issues or concerns.- **Table Maintenance**:- Set up dining tables with appropriate tableware, condiments, and decorations.- Clear and clean tables between guest seatings to maintain a tidy and welcoming dining environment.- Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as needed.- **Cash Handling and Payment Processing**:- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment accurately and securely.- Process payments, issue receipts, and provide change to guests as necessary.- Maintain cash register balances and reconcile sales at the end of shifts.- **Sanitation and Hygiene**:- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are maintained in the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms.- Follow proper food safety and hygiene practices to prevent contamination and ensure food quality.- **Team Collaboration**:- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other F&B team members to ensure smooth service operations.- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate orders, prioritize tasks, and address guest needs.**Qualifications and Skills**:- Previous experience in food and beverage service is desirable but not required; on-the-job training will be provided.- Excellent customer service and communication skills.- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order-taking and payment processing.- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Join our team as an F&B Crew member and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while gaining valuable skills and opportunities for growth in the hospitality industry.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduatePay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,100.00 per monthSchedule:- Afternoon shift- Day shift- Evening shift- Holidays- Night shift- Rotational shift- Weekend jobs**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Budget Control: 1 year (preferred)- F&B Management: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Food Handling (preferred)
