NAME : NALE - THE NASI LEMAK COMPANY LOCATIONS : CENTRAL I-CITY Job Description
Responsible for cooking food per recipes, guidelines & SOP (Kitchen Crew/ Cook) Responsible for customer service (Cashier) Adhere to all food hygiene standard and procedures Perform cleaning duties, ensuring kitchen & workstation are clean and sanitized. Responsible for daily operational tasks in compliance with Company's Standard Operating Procedures (example: Food Preparation, Customer Service) Deliver good customer service to all customers (eg: Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs) Taking orders, key-in into the system, send orders to customers Ensure cleanliness in the cafe and its surrounding Ensure fast and correct delivery of items to customers Understand each item in the menu, make recommendations and ensure customers are happy Prepare beverage according to recipes Be familiar with our menu and service procedure Qualification
SPM - ABOVE Prefer Local Fluency in English is a must. Must be friendly and have a pleasant personality. Able to work shifts, on weekends and Public Holiday Good team player. Good problem solving skills. Able to multitask between stations. Able to adapt to any challenging situations and learn fast. Work Schedule:
