F&B Operation Manager

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)
Plan, coordinate and manage staff and customer services to ensure efficient and effective F&B operations and sales performance
Monitor and control outlet COGS and manpower cost
Resolve operations issues & improve business system
Check for correct POS and App operation and promotion setting
Enforce SOP & conduct staff trainings
Run promotion campaign and activities with Marketing team
Work with Management to drive company profitability & growth
Requirement
Possess a Diploma/Degree qualification in any field
Minimum 7 years work experience
Prior experience with Xilnex POS system will be an added advantage
Good command of spoken and written English
Possess own transport
Good coaching, analytical and pleasant personality
Able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels
