Job Description:
To provide opulent service for a great dining experience by hosting guests, offering recommendations on the menu, serving food & beverage with appropriate sequence, check guests' satisfaction, including engaging with guests for the AURUM Theatre luxury entertainment experience offerings.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Present menus and suggest in-house specials to enhance the dining experience.
Take food and beverage orders, providing recommendations and answering questions.
Upsell menu items effectively, including appetizers, entrees, beverages, and desserts.
Enter orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
Set tables properly and serve food and beverages promptly to guests.
Check with guests after food service to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any additional needs.
Follow billing procedures accurately and process payments, including credit card charges & promotions available.
Bid farewell to departing guests, ensuring satisfaction and inviting them to return.
Perform shift changes, opening, and/or closing duties, and complete administrative tasks as assigned.
Monitor service quality, promptly address issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Act as a point of contact for customer feedback, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during service.
Foster positive guest relations through interactions and effective problem-solving.
Participate in training programs for personal and team development.
Attend shift briefings according to the schedule.
Perform any other duties assigned from time to time and adhere to company rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including F&B restaurants, established restaurant franchise, casual fine dining, etc.
Speaks well English, Bahasa Malaysia confidently is a must. Speaks in Chinese or other languages is an added advantage.
Experienced in fine dining restaurants is an added advantage.
Preferably experienced in cash handling procedures.
Experienced in a supervisory or managerial role is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
