ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage, maintaining Food & Beverage and brand standards and maximizing the quality level of products and services to achieve the highest guest satisfaction.
Manage the performance of the team members: designing, implementing, and monitoring the impact of training (including Food & Beverage systems and guest service procedures) for all Food & Beverage team members, capturing and implementing best current practice SOPs relating to Food & Beverage operation.
Anticipate guests' needs and proactively come up with innovative ways to enrich guests' dining experience.
Manage F&B operations within budgeted guidelines.
Ensure compliance with halal practices, food health and safety regulations.
RequirementsRelevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
