Fabrication Supervisor (Aluminium Industry), Sungai Gadut

Responsibilities:
Supervise daily fabrication operations and ensure adherenceto production schedules.
Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to fabrication teammembers.
Monitor quality of work and troubleshoot fabrication issues.
Ensure proper maintenance of fabrication equipment.
Maintain records of production and inventory levels.
Train new staff on fabrication processes and safetyprotocols.
