Facilities Management Officer (Store Management/Internal Facilities)Responsible for resolving administrative problems and inquiries.
Handle mailing/courier service, office assets, facilities control, stationeries, and general purchases for office usage, along with renewing any office/company related matters.
Store management (manage and control store assets).
Manage and control company assets.
Compile and ensure all invoices/billings are passed to the accounting department.
Manage the company telephone system and visitors.
Prepare reports on an ad-hoc, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manage, monitor, and closely follow up on every task.
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
