Facilities Technician

Job Description:Carry out minor repairs and rectification works for amenities, fittings and fixtures, wall, ceiling, and floor finishing of site offices.Carry routine inspection on the site offices' M&E systems such as electrical AC systems, fire protection, plumbing/sanitary etc.Attend to internal stakeholders' feedback, complaints, and service requests.Report on breakdowns, irregularities, defects, maintenance activities and record stock inventories.Perform troubleshooting and attending to equipment breakdown callsSupervise and monitor contractors in the routine servicing, and emergency repair works.Support in administration, paperwork, and back-end managementEnsure workplace cleanliness and safety needs to be constantly observed.Assist in parcel collection and distribution.Support Internal events setup/troubleshootingAny other task as assigned by the immediate supervisor or manager.Requirements:Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experienceBasic knowledge of using Google Suite (preferred) or Microsoft OfficeAble to prepare to standby for any emergency during or outside of working hours if required.A team player with good interpersonal and communication skillsPossess the ability to handle difficult situations and work well in a fast-paced environment.Strong mechanical aptitudeCommunicate effectively both orally and in writingMaintain detailed and accurate reportsEstablish and maintain a good working relationship with contractors and service providerPossessed own transportation
