ResponsibilitiesPlanning and coordinating infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
Maintain and operate all HVAC systems and associated equipment, solar power generation devices and controllers, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management systems, and building repairs.
Evaluating operational systems and facility infrastructure to ascertain and improve operational efficiencies.
Determining facility and equipment specifications.
Coordinating and overseeing contractors performing maintenance activities.
Perform facility inspections and report on conditions affecting operations.
Safety & EnvironmentalPlays a part as safety member responsibly on safety of operation from facility perspective.
Define and execute plan to enhance safety of workplace.
Develop and execute plans to optimize operation resource consumption.
Physical SecurityEngage with service provider on matters related to physical security.
Plan and execute activities related to physical security service provider that suits company's operation.
Monitor and report activities relating to physical security.
ConstructionDesigning and overseeing the implementation of facility expansion, layout, various systems, and quality controls.
Gathering and analysing data, blueprints, and reports on assigned construction projects.
Analysing project costs and preparing budgets.
Communicate with consultants and contractors on construction jobs.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
At least 3 years of experience as facilities engineer or in a similar role.
Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of building process and construction principles.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
