Job Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all operations. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash, quality targets and progress reports to company headquarter Create work schedules, assign tasks and coordinate manufacturing activities Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to achieve cost-effective solutions Allocate resources, such as equipment and personnel, to maintain production standards Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and reduce waste Evaluate employee's performance and coach production teams Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure finished goods meet quality standards Review and audit production processes to identify strategies for improvement Make decisions related to production, such as staffing and scheduling decisions Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that production meets customer demand Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field 3 to 5 years of experience in a management position in a food manufacturing plant Certification in production and inventory management as well as quality control Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Ability to Multitask Outstanding time management skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong management and leadership skills Effective communications skills
