About our Client: We are representing our client a premier solid wood furniture manufacturer to search for a qualified candidate to fill the role of Factory Manager Job Responsibilities: Oversee the production process and supervise the workers Decide what resources are required Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed Monitor product standards and implement quality-control programs Work with management team to implement the company's policies and goals Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed Review worker performance Job Requirements: Min SPM, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent Min 5 year(s) of working experience in manufacturing industry preferably in wood / furniture related products Must be fluent in Mandarin (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/partners), Bahasa Malaysia and English both written and spoken  Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task Outstation applicants that willing to relocate are encourage to apply Job Details : Permanent employment Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 8am - 5.45pm Qualified and interested candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to siti(at)talentrecruit.com.my .
