Process Technician

Job Responsibility

1. To support Engineering Department function in the daily runs by ensuring effective and efficient production processes and maintain tooling records.
2. Responsible for tooling storage, tooling maintenance, record, tracking and issuing.
3. Prepare monthly tooling in/out report and punching report (tool life)
4. Support smooth daily production run by doing machine/tooling set-up.
5. Machine setup trouble shooting and tooling problems.
6. Observe and review work instruction to ensure right procedure was being followed.
7. Observe and review work flow to ensure productivity.
8. Observe and review packing condition to ensure products in good transportation condition.
9. Prepare F/A sample and trial run before mass production.
10. Coordinate with Sales and QA for F/A, Dimension Report and lab test sample.
11. Prepare monthly F/A summary and report.
12. To ensure 5 'S' control in tooling storage area.
13. Feedback on problems encountered during the work process.
14. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
15. Report to superior any issue related to environmental and health & safety.
16. Report to superior any related issue which will affect medical product quality performance.
17. Report to superior any related issue which will affect product safety.
18. Report to superior any suspect counterfeit part use
