Consolidating reports from various departments and records.
Maintaining proper filing system (physical and digital) for quick retrieval.
Ensuring accuracy and completeness of reports and documents.
Assisting with document preparation for internal and external use.
Supporting administrative functions and maintaining document confidentiality.
Required Qualifications:Proficiency in document management systems and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
Relevant qualification (e.g., Diploma/Degree in field).
Advantageous to those with relevant working experience.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in document handling.
Ability to consolidate data and create structured reports.
Good communication skills to liaise with departments and stakeholders.
Work Based: Papar.
