Job Scope: E-Commerce Inventory ExecutiveA. Product Upload & ManagementUpload and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, pricing, images, and availability.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize listings for better visibility and sales.
Monitor product performance and make recommendations for adjustments based on data analytics.
B. Warehouse Storage & OrganizationOversee the organization of inventory within the warehouse to ensure efficient storage and easy retrieval.
Implement best practices for inventory management, including FIFO (First In, First Out) methods, to minimize product waste and maximize efficiency.
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and resolve any storage-related issues.
C. Restocking & Inventory ControlMonitor stock levels regularly and arrange restocking of products as needed to prevent stockouts.
Work with suppliers to order new stock and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory, including tracking damages, returns, and discrepancies.
D. Parcel Delivery & Logistics CoordinationCoordinate with courier services to manage the timely and accurate delivery of customer orders.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, including lost or delayed packages, and ensure prompt resolution.
Monitor shipping costs and work with logistics partners to optimize delivery routes and methods.
E. Inventory Data ManagementMaintain and update inventory databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Generate regular inventory reports for management, highlighting key metrics such as stock turnover rates, inventory value, and slow-moving items.
Use Excel and other software tools to analyze inventory data and make informed decisions about stock levels and purchasing.
F. Event Assistance & ManagementAssist with the setup, operation, and teardown of pop-up shops, bazaars, and other events.
Ensure that inventory for events is properly organized, tracked, and managed.
Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure successful event execution and customer satisfaction.
Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of inventory management and warehouse operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and inventory management.
Requirements:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in inventory management, logistics, or a related field.
Interest in fashion and the latest trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We aim to assimilate this legacy to the current modern generation and strive to bring over the heritage of tailoring from the past to combine with the current trends and continuously explore new ideas.
With this belief in mind, Our Team started expanding, attracting young and new members with fresh ideas, as well as recruiting many other experienced tailors with more than 30 years of experience, to work together as a team, gain new experience, and shine bright within this industry.
