**Job Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- **FCCM and AML Expertise**:Utilize your in-depth knowledge of FCCM and AML principles to design, implement, and manage compliance solutions.- Develop, enhance, and maintain AML policies and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.- **ECM and Compliance Studio**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Enterprise Content Management systems.Leverage Compliance Studio to design, monitor, and report on compliance workflows.- **KYC and Customer Screening**:Manage the KYC process and maintain accurate customer profiles.- Implement and maintain robust customer screening processes to identify and mitigate potential risks.- **Transaction Filtering (TF)**:Oversee transaction filtering systems, ensuring that they effectively screen and detect suspicious transactions.Continuously improve the TF processes and configurations to minimize false positives.- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Analyse data related to FCCM, AML, KYC, TF, and CS to identify patterns, trends, and potential compliance issues.**Requirements**:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a techno-functional role with expertise in FCCM AML, ECM, KYC, TF, CS, and Compliance Studio.- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, AML laws, and compliance requirements.
