Job Description:Manage and own the allocation of marketing budget across different marketing work streams within ShopeeFood.Prepared detailed report and deep-dive analysis into areas of improvement based on key business / marketing metrics.Establish robust processes to facilitate project management initiative and identify appropriate indicators to monitor progress and ensure timely deliveries.Work closely with operations to oversee the development of new product enhancement that are pertaining to marketing.Draw up detailed campaign performance forecasts and key action plans to be communicated across different teams such as Marketing, Business Development, Business Planning and Operations.Identify key trends and campaign mechanics that drive traffic and sales conversion on ShopeeFood platforms identifying gaps, drive / improve ongoing initiative and projects' performances.Requirements:1 to 3 years of work experience, preferably in Project Management, E-Commerce, Marketing, Food Delivery background or other relevant experience(s) preferred.Bachelor's degree in any field is requiredProficient in Microsoft Excel skills and number-oriented person.Excellent command of English with strong stakeholder management skills.Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.Good team player, positive attitude, eager to learn, driven, resilient, reliable.Highly meticulous and good at coordination, able to meet tight deadlines.Willing to be hands-on with strong project management and executional abilities.Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
