Field Application Engineer (Thailand)

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment, process.
Required hands-on and provide on-site field service support to customers.
Perform installation and buy-off.
Conduct maintenance and operational training for customer's staff.
Trouble-shooting and customer support.
Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality, productivity and cost objectives.
Preparation of technical issue report.
Job Requirements:Bachelors Degreein Engineering, Semiconductor, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Fresh graduates and candidates from related fields are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency inMandarin,English, and Malay, as it will involves communication with the headquarters.
Knowledge ofPC operationsand relevant software.
Self-motivated, responsible, and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience inservice rolesorcustomer-facingpositions is preferred.
