Job Descriptions: Training Instil the Brand's DNA and values within the cast membersPlan and communicate in store training schedule In collaboration with Category and Marketing team, actively facilitate product training, including new launches for store populationConduct post training assessment & monitor E Learning participationManage and monitor the quality and impact of all in-store training via follow up, partnering with the Store Management team, maintaining an active shop floor presence to observe subsequent implementation and ensure true retention of trainings contentsCollate course feedback and evaluation for improvements Facilitate new hire on boarding programConduct and support training and eventsAdminister training records, budget, and claimsConduct training needs analysis whenever neededCoaching Lead a culture of in store coaching using the SBI model, with a priority on needs of the customerObserve interactions with customer on the floor & through active listening & questioning to coach individual cast members to draw out their own solutions to improve & developSupport Store Managers & HR on the performance/ progress of individual team membersWork closely with Trainers ensuring all training related projects are communicated and roll out in country. Ensuring that Stores Management Team has full visibility on training activities (progress, required actions, concerns etc.) making recommendations as neededOffice Administration: Ensuring the Sephora University is well maintained, always replenished and ready for classroom.Ensuring the supply of pantry refreshments, stationery, and other office materials / equipment.Ensuring staff training product are recorded and distributed to stores timely.Making sure the retail team's business travel such air ticketing, accommodation(s) and transportation(s) are booked and checked.Assist with training reports for regional/country submission when needed.Job Requirements: Possess a degree or professional qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent with minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity in retail/FMCG industry.Have retail experience and love to teach & share.Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word)Have an experience in a fast-moving environment would be an advantage.Have an attitude and mindset that is rigorous and meticulous, motivated and autonomous self-starter, organized and able to meet deadlines.Highly adaptable and flexible to accept new ideas, people and procedures and able to work under pressure.Enjoy working with others and getting involved across a range of projects & challenges.Have a good sense of humor and the ability to stay calm in a storm.Preference in soft skills training would be an added advantage.
