Field Engineer - Peninsular Malaysia

Job Description Provide full time Technical Support for our deployed systems, working with our Service Teams and vendors across Malaysia & APAC region.
Predominantly focused on providing Technical Support to the RMP Astro P25 System in Malaysia.
Consisting of:On-Site Technical Support for Corrective Maintenance, requiring incident response and advanced root cause analysis for Incident Management ReportsOn-Site Technical Support for Preventive Maintenance, including:Periodic Site OptimisationsRegular PMI checksWork with the wider Malaysia Field Services Team to support all other aspects of the technologies that MSI provides within Malaysia.
