About The Job
Execute and provide mechanical and technical support to customers. This includes service, installation, testing, repairing, and maintaining as well as condition monitoring and audits on products, modules, and systems at customer sites.
Responsible for planning/preparation, servicing, troubleshooting, and repairs on Alfa Laval products at customer sites and service centers, and prepare good service or analysis reports.
Job Description
Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of Alfa Laval equipment i.e., decanters and separators for the Crude Palm Oil industry.Commissioning including checking of equipment installation, training of operators in equipment operation, maintenance, and safety.Maintaining communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.Perform repair inspection and prepare repair reports.Conduct test trials including process performance.What You Know
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the relevant field.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.Ability to adapt to changing environments, multitask, and manage time effectively.Proficient in documentation and reporting.Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry advancements.Ability to travel (minimum 80 days/year).What's In It For You
