Field Service Engineer - Ventilator Equipment

Duties and Responsibilities Provide filed service support such as system installation, maintenance, integration and use of critical care medical devices solutions.Provide corrective maintenance on critical care medical devices equipment.Responsible to ensure key operator the correct usage of the equipment.Install and integrate systems into client environment either remotely or on site. Job Requirement At least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Biomedical, Bioengineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with life support or critical care medical devices, specifically ventilator, patient monitors, hematology analyzer & etc.Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and repair of medical devices in a healthcare setting.Must be able to train clinical staff, including doctors, nurses, and technicians, on the proper use and troubleshooting of critical care medical devices.Knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools and good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.Knowledge of the application and repair of computers and servers and how they interface with medical equipment is a plus.Good interpersonal skills, positive customer service skills, problem-solving skills and writing skills.Ability to maintain accurate records of repair, calibration and skill in testing electronic equipment.Must be available for on-call support during off-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to respond to critical equipment failures.Strong customer service orientation.Possess own transport and willing to travel.Possess good communication skill and friendly personality.
