Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
To handle the company full set of accounts, financial plan, tax, and overall financial management, ensuring the company's finances are accurate and trusted.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing a full set of accounts, monthly financial, and management reports.
Cash management and treasury, general corporate accounting management.
Review monthly financial management reports in compliance with reporting standards.
Maintain all contractual documents for office banking arrangements, payments, and debtor's legal matters.
Responsible for yearly budget preparation and revisions.
Prepare quarterly board papers highlighting financial results compared to the annual budget.
Assist in the preparation of annual audit and company tax compliance to mandatory requirements.
Ensure accounting records & systems comply with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
Perform other ad hoc assignments and tasks as requested by management.
Academic or Trade QualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or Partial Professional Accounting Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent.
Work Experience and SkillsMinimum 2-4 years of working experience in the related field.
Immediate joining is an advantage.
Required languages: Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to handle a full set of accounts is an added advantage.
