Job Description: Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgersCompleting analysis of the employee expendituresManaging income and expenditure accountsGenerating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure dataKeeping a check on the company's finances based on financial statusInitiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the companyAbility to handle full set of accounts Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and recordsPrepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statementsDaily enter key data of financial transactions in databaseProvide assistance and support to company personnelCompile reports/summaries of all expenses Handling pay-out to suppliersHandling reimbursement and claimsAssisting the director in managing company's finances and drawing up budgetConducting internal and assisting external auditing Qualifications: Mandarin Speaker Reliable and dependableOutgoing and activeAt least a bachelor's degree in finance or accounting. At least with 3 years' experience in accounting/financial fieldHave experience with accounting and financial softwareResponsible in record-keeping Work experience with general ledger is a must
