Monthly Forecast upload and Yearly Budget update
Review Monthly PNL, plant performance
Inventory:
Review and Monitoring of the obsolete stock, slow moving stocks, on-hold stocks, RTV stocks
Review Inventory Aging Report and Inventory Trend, DIO + Stock Turn Over Ratio, Provision for Inventory
Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventory stock take
Costing:
Financial reporting which included DL variance, FOH Variance, Usage variance, and PPV and Scrap Trend analysis reporting
Product cost simulation, Review roll up new SKU, Change on any ECN, need to provide standard costing on the changes
Maintain / analyze product's standard cost, Analysis & price setting - new product line, Yearly FG BOM review
Costing month end processing, Calculate/Analysis/Review of overhead and labor rates
Update & review prepayment & Accrued & balance sheet schedule
Check unusual transactions, Reclass cost center
Calculation & corporate income tax & CA
Payment:
Verify payment voucher ensure accuracy of payment by following the SOP
Accounting report:
Update & review monthly and quarterly reporting pack, Update & linkage forecast report, ensure all the figures are in order before submission
Monthly Profit & Loss comparison report (Explanation Fcst VS Act), Monthly cash flow forecast comparison report (Explanation Fcst VS Act)
Bank:
Approve bank reconciliation, Review Bank Negara quarterly report and Review banking facilities report
Bank Loan application, Review loan drawdown documentation
