Roles and Responsibilities
-Daily bookkeeping activities to maintain ledgers, journals, non-current assets, account receivables, account payables, inventories, etc.
-Assist in the operation of bookkeeping and to ensure that financial records are kept accurate and up to date.
-Generate basic operational and financial reports and analysis for management and planning purpose.
-Provide additional support as required to the Finance team, and work closely with the management to develop and strengthen strategies relating to finance across the organisation.
-Liaise with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the financial-related matters arisen are resolved on a timely manner.
-Handle day-to-day administrative activities and paperworks.

; Requirements:- Fresh Graduates or University Students who
-Have completed 3rd year of studies in Finance, Accounting or Business Management;
-Have a basic understanding of finance processes;
-Have basic ?analytical skills and desire to understand the industry and its challenges;
-Comfortable with technology and applications - Microsoft Office, Google Spreadsheets, etc.
-Are willing to learn and readiness to adapt to changes.
