A well-known, established hospital of more than 100 years in the industry is currently looking for talent to join us.
You will need to:
Perform data entries to record accounts payable and process system payments, ensuring that all expenses are classified correctly.
Prepare payment vouchers and cheques for suppliers in a timely manner.
Ensure proper filing of payment records and creditors' statements.
Prepare monthly creditors reconciliation and ensure all creditor invoices are recorded accurately.
Carry out other duties as required by management.
Who are we looking for?
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or higher.
Preferably with 2 years of working experience in accounts payable or audit.
