Who We're Looking For:Are you a finance enthusiast with a passion for precision, strategy, and innovation? We are seeking a Finance Assistant Manager to drive along our financial operations forward. In this high-impact position, you will not only support the Finance Manager but also lead transformative initiatives that elevate our financial processes to new heights. You'll be able to immerse yourself in the ever-evolving FinTech industry! What You'll Do: Assist the Finance Manager on team management.Ensure timely preparation of month-end closing financial statements.Oversee and support the accounting functions, including full set of accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other related functions.Participate in internal process enhancements.Assist on tax-related matters (e.g., SST, CIT).Coordinate with external stakeholders, such as auditors and tax agents, as needed.Undertake tasks and responsibilities as directed by superiors.Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or partial professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, any accounting professional body qualification) in Accounting or a related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software is essential.Experience with Power BI, SQL accounting software, and group accounting report preparation is an added advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.High level of integrity and innovative mindset, with the ability to leverage technology for process improvements.Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related functions.
