Process bulk payouts to users
Prepare vendor payments in the bank portal for authorisation and obtain approval per the bank authorisation approval matrix
Review employee claims and process reimbursement
Monitor bank balance and ensure sufficient funds to pay merchants
Involve in month end closing and audit preparation
Manage the bank reconciliation process
Prepare payables aging report
Manage CX team requests related to users
Safekeeping of accounting documents such as bank statements and remittance advices
Assist on any ad hoc task assignedRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Accountancy and/or Finance.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Experience in the tech or financial services industry will be a plus point.
Experience in Oracle Netsuite is welcomed
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
