What you will do: 1. Group Budgeting and Forecast Assisting the Head of Planning to improve Budgeting Process and develop and maintain Budgeting Manual for the Group Lead the planning of annual budget and quarterly/monthly forecasts including establishing timelines, assumptions, analysis and presentationDevelop and roll out budget/forecasting templates, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow for by entities, by BUs and by group functionsPerform budget consolidation for the reporting of Group Budget/Forecast to Group Managing Director/Board of DirectorsProvide detailed analysis and commentary on the budget and link the budget numbers to the Group's strategic 2. Business Partnering with Group Functions Department To assist in providing operational support to the Group Function TeamWork with HR on the manpower budget template and collaborate on the overall budgeting/forecasting's timelineHighlight any major issues for management attention and provide the necessary recommendations for improvement 3. Management Reporting Prepare management reporting packs & BOD paper to Management as required and directed from time to timeLead the design, standardization and improvement to the existing management reporting to provide financial insight to management for decision makingDive deeply into financial data, study and analyze the trend, become a subject matter expert to provide additional insights and proactively identifying opportunities for improvementTrack revenue and GP margin by COE/BU/product and other financial dimension as well as the expenses by cost center/departmentsPerform detailed monthly analysis of financial performance at Group level against budget (ROI, profitability analysis and variance analysis and CAPEX analysis by different dimensions), and to provide explanations on the variances and business solutions to help mitigate the business risks 4. Other reporting Review the impairment assessment of the investments of the Group prepared by the BUsProvide highlight the potential impairment to management and recommend on the action plan. What you will need: Possess at least Degree in Accounting/ACCA/CIMA or its equivalent qualification;Minimum 8 years of finance and accounting working experience or related field;Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an added advantage;Good interpersonal and communication skills;Have an analytical mind;Able to work under tight timelines
