Role Responsibilities: Finance & Accounting: Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping, cost management, inventory controls, and journal entries.Oversee year-end audits, monthly financial closings, and coordinate annual inventory stock takes at 3PL warehouses.Support the HQ team in audits, manage related entities, and lead the migration of accounting systems to Xero and DEARHuman Resources: Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.Handle expatriate matters, work passes, EPF contributions, and payroll, while ensuring compliance with Malaysia labor laws.Conduct staff interviews, manage disciplinary systems, and lead training and development initiatives, including applying for government grants.General Administration: Oversee facility maintenance, office automation, and equipment management.Handle all general administrative matters and office operations efficiently.Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing for procurement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with additional background in HR and AdminStrong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practicesProficiency in accounting softwareHigh level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive financial informationFluency in English?, both written and spoken, is highly desirable Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
