Finance Executive (Account Receivable)

Overall Job FunctionThis job is for a Finance Executive (Account Receivable). Perform day-to-day financial transactions, reconcile accounts, update reports, resolve billing issues, and support audits. You might like this job because it offers diverse tasks and opportunities for growth.Primary Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day account receivable financial transactions i.e issue invoices and credit notes;- Liaise with internal stakeholders or customers for any changes requested on invoicing;- Assists in month end and year end account receivable closing;- Update payment received in bank book and accounting system, ensuring no receipts are left unallocated at month end and co-operate with credit controller and peers for unidentified receipts;- Perform monthly manual upload, or key in, invoices into customers' accounts invoicing portals, or supplier portals;Specification and Requirement (Eligibility):- Diploma or higher diploma certificate in accounting.- At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Applications and accounting systems.- Must be details focused with excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with people from all levels.- Good verbal and written English communication skills.- The qualified individual should be able to successfully thrive and lead in a fast-paced and dynamic digital marketing environment.
