Construct, validate and monitor data accumulation for financial reportingProvide cost analysis results to assist senior management in decision-making or other financial initiativesPerform variance analysis between actual and standard costsMonitor, analyze and report on inventory valuation, production and various other costsReview and analyze product margins for all projects and support the Sales department with timely reportReview reporting for trends and investigate abnormalitiesHandle the full set accounts for the Singapore sales officeUndertake other duties and responsibilities, which may be assigned by the superior as necessary to meet the goals and objectives of the company and the Finance department Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field requiredProfessional qualifications such as MIA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA or similar will be considered a plusAt least 1 year working experience in manufacturing costing is preferredSolid knowledge of costing concepts, Microsoft Office, Excel Power Query, and ERP conceptsPossess skills in handling the full set of accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial statement preparationHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent analytical skills with ability to analyze and summarize complex informationStrong understanding of business principles and finance in order to interpret data and make strategic recommendationsAppreciate the importance for a high level of accuracy in data producedProficiency with spreadsheet and accounting software programs are essential, especially advanced financial modelling and analytical techniquesDemonstrate creative and critical thinking skillsGood interpersonal, communication (both written and verbal)
