Finance Executive

Responsibilities:Prepare and manage invoicing & credit note for corporate and online customers
Follow up with corporate customers for payment status
Monitor receipts from corporate and online customers
Monthly sales reconciliation for online stores and retail outlets (MY & AU)
AR-related month-end closing and reconciliation (MY & AU)
Complete ad-hoc tasks and other duties, as assigned
Minimum Requirements:Diploma in Accounting or Finance or a related course
1 - 2 years of related experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Proficiency in using accounting software, such as Xero
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications#J-18808-Ljbffr
