Join us to Play, Grow and Win - together.**ABOUT THE POSITION**- **Accounts Payable**:- Compiling invoices for approval- Entering invoices into the accounting system- Processing payments through the banking portal- Maintaining creditor listings/outstanding reports monthly Ensure each payment performed is properly supported with document in accordance with payment policies- **Accounts Receivable**:- Preparing invoices in the accounts system & sending to HQ- Receipting payment from HQ in the accounts system- Maintaining debtor ledgers Preparing age debtor listings/outstanding reports monthly- **Reconciliations**Perform bank reconciliations on weekly basis- **Reporting**- Ensure closing of weekly and monthly tasks timely and accurate data entry- Prepare the weekly cashflow report to the manager- Prepare closing of full sets of accounts for the Company on monthly basis- Responsible for filing of supporting documents to ensure proper record keeping- **Special Projects / Ad Hoc**:- Assist other colleagues within the department during their absent or as when required / requested by superior.- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field- Computer Literate.- **Familiar with Microsoft Dynamis 365 - Account system **is an added advantage- Intermediate excel skills.- Have basic knowledge in Accounting and Taxation.- Dedicated & pro-active.- Good written and spoken proficiency in English, while additional language proficiency is an added advantage.- Meticulous and committed to meeting tight deadlines and objectives.- Possess positive working attitude and good team player spirit.- Good analytical and communication skills.- Able to work independently and willing to learn and accept new responsibilities.**About Our Team**Officially launched in 2022, Virtuos Kuala Lumpur (KL) is home to a multicultural team of talented and passionate game developers.
