Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Finance Executive to take charge of the financial transactions of our company by administering accounting operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare invoices and assist the Sales team with invoice-related matters.
Handle sales collection and follow up on all outstanding collections.
Maintain proper documentation for sales and other accounting records.
Perform revenue reconciliation and generate debtors reports as part of the month-end process.
Assist in month-end processes, general ledger, account receivables/payables.
Any other relevant duties assigned within the Finance department from time to time.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.
Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Good working knowledge in Accounting and Finance ERP systems such as SQL, as well as a good grasp of G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
