Finance Executive

We are looking for a Finance Executive to take charge of the financial transactions of our company by administering accounting operations.
Job Responsibility :



-Prepare invoices and assist Sales team on invoice related matters.


-Handle sales collection and follow up on all outstanding collection.


-Maintain proper documentation for sales and other accounting records related documents.


-Perform revenue reconciliation and generate debtors report as part of the month-end process.


-Assist in month-end process, general ledger, account receivables/payables.


-Any other relevant duties assigned within the Finance department from time to time.

; Requirements:-


-Bachelor's degree/diploma in finance, accounting, or related field.


-Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.


-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


-Detail-oriented and able to work independently.


-Good working knowledge in Accounting and Finance ERP systems such as SQL as well as good grasp of G-Suite, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
