Finance Executive - Mandarin Speaker

Job ResponsibilitiesBookkeeping:Ensure all invoices are posted to the system accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain proper records and filing system.
Handle administrative support in the finance department.
Responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and reporting in line with company policy and procedure.
Compliance Regulation:Assist in preparing SST/GST returns and support in tax reporting.
Financial Reporting:Assist in generating financial reports and financial analysis.
Handle fixed assets management (including FA registration, write-offs, disposal, and transfer).
Prepare month-end fixed assets closing analysis and reports.
Liaison:Liaise with internal and external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries.
Ad-hoc Tasks:Assist in other assignments assigned by superiors in a timely and accurate manner, meeting all deadlines.
