Finance Executive (Shared Services )

Responsibilities:Perform month-end closing activities, including month-end general ledger accounts reconciliations.
Prepare AP & AR Aging and highlight all critical issues to Finance Manager.
Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow statement.
Coordinate the required documents for external auditors.
Perform balance sheet review and follow up on outstanding open items.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in preparing tax returns.
Carry out miscellaneous general accounting activities and manual journal entries.
Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to assist senior management in decision-making.
Qualifications:
Fast learner and able to work with tight deadlines.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong strategic thinking and quantitative analysis skills.
